We ship anywhere in Serbia with BEX Express. Orders over 5,000 RSD are delivered free; below that, delivery is paid to the courier on collection, along with the honey, at the courier's own tariff.

Nothing is charged to a card and there is no subscription. When we call we go through the quantity and the total for the honey, and it is packed after that.

The question that comes up most

What delivery costs.

Over 5,000 RSD we cover delivery and you pay for the honey only. Below that BEX Express charges for delivery, at its own tariff, by parcel weight and destination, and it collects that amount on handover along with the order total.

That is why no figure appears here for orders below the threshold: the tariff is not ours to set, so any figure we printed would be made up. One parcel with three jars costs the same to send as one with a single jar, so a larger order carries its delivery better. In Niš free delivery is possible below the threshold too, by arrangement over the phone. Price list

How it goes, step by step.

  • You orderThrough the basket, by phone or by message. The basket puts a list together and charges nothing.
  • We call youWe tell you what is in stock and what the honey comes to. The courier works out delivery, and its amount shows up on handover.
  • We packAfter that call. Jars are filled to order rather than kept ready in a store room.
  • You pay the courierIn cash, on delivery, honey and carriage together. There is no card payment, either on delivery or on collection.

We do not ship outside Serbia. Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš each have a page of their own, with everything that applies to those addresses.

Gift

When the parcel goes to someone else.

Write the recipient's address in the order note and tell us it is a gift. The price and the invoice then stay out of the parcel, and nothing is added for it.

On the gift page you choose one to three things, each in the size you want, and the note on honey as a gift covers what tends to suit whom.
