Payment is cash on delivery, to the courier. There is no card payment, on delivery or on collection. No subscriptions and no automatic charges: an order is confirmed by phone first, and only then packed.
Where it reaches
Every town, and every village.
Most parcels go to Belgrade and Novi Sad. That is no surprise: mountain honey is missed most by the people who get to the mountain least.
- BelgradeThe most orders. Handed over Tuesday arrives Wednesday, Friday arrives Saturday.
- Novi Sad and VojvodinaThe same as Belgrade, one working day from dispatch.
- Niš, Leskovac, Vranje and the southWe are closest here. Often next day.
- Kragujevac, Čačak, Kraljevo, UžiceOne to two working days from dispatch.
- Smaller places and villagesThe courier delivers to the door outside towns too.
We do not ship outside Serbia. Honey is an animal-origin food and export needs paperwork we do not have.
Packing
Glass, and it travels well.
Jars go into partitioned cardboard, each in its own cell so they never touch. Lids are tightened again before dispatch, because the temperature shifts in the van and the air inside the jar starts working.
Not one jar has arrived broken so far. If it ever does, send a photo straight away and we post a replacement.
If the order is a gift, say so when you order: it is packed with no price inside and the card is written by hand. There is no charge for that.
