Orders
What gets written down when you order.
The order form asks for a name, a phone number and an address, because a parcel cannot be sent without them. Email and notes are optional. Alongside them we record the time, the language of the page, the IP address and the browser string, to protect the form from abuse.

The order is written to the server first and only then emailed, so nothing is lost if the mail hop fails. Nothing is charged through the site and no card details are entered anywhere, because payment happens to the courier on delivery.
In the browser
What stays on your device.
These are the only keys the site writes. None of them leaves your device and none of them holds a name or a contact.

The basket is added up in the browser and does not reach us until you press send.
Analytics
Counters start only after you agree.
The site counts visits through Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica, so we can see how many people arrive and which pages they read. Until you press “Accept” in the bar at the bottom, none of it is loaded and your browser sends it no request at all.

If you change your mind, open the cookie notice and choose differently. Refusing breaks nothing: the basket, the language and the order form all work the same.

Who else sees any of this.

How long
Retention periods.

If you want your order deleted sooner, write to us and we will delete it, apart from what the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
What you can ask for.
You have the right to see what we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have it erased, to have processing restricted, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent for analytics at any time.
