What people ask before they pay.
Three separate extractions instead of one, two moves a season and a hand centrifuge. On the Vlasina slopes the same hive gives markedly fewer kilograms than down below, and takes the most work.
No. Crystallisation happens to all real honey, to some in a month, to others in a year. Stand the jar in warm water up to 40 °C and wait. Never the microwave.
Closed jar, room temperature, out of sunlight. Not the fridge. Always a dry spoon — water is the only thing that really bothers honey.
Not for now. Honey is an animal-origin food and export needs paperwork we do not have. Within Serbia we ship anywhere.
Meadow and forest honey the bees blend themselves. On the slopes of Čemernik the meadow and the forest sit side by side, so in a single day the bees work both blossom and honeydew. We only extract it — nothing is blended afterwards.
